Cleveland Guardians Prospects 2023

Overall Grade: A

The Rays get most of the accolades for the drafting and player development among small market teams, but Cleveland deserves their props. No team has done a better job developing pitching in recent seasons, and the Guardians farm system is loaded entering 2023.
